Terms of Service

These terms apply to the vyapiq.in website and to the Vyapiq software. By using either, you agree to them. If your business signs a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes priority wherever it differs from these terms.

Who we are

Vyapiq is owned and operated by ASR Ventures, a micro enterprise registered under the Government of India's Udyam scheme (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-HR-01-0074019). In these terms, "we", "us" and "Vyapiq" mean ASR Ventures.

The service

Vyapiq is business software for managing enquiries, quotations, orders, production, stock, dispatch and after-sales service. We set it up for your business, train your team and provide support on WhatsApp and phone. The exact modules, number of users and setup work are agreed with you before you start.

Your account

• You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping their login details private.
• You must give us accurate business details and keep them up to date.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Fees and payment

Vyapiq is charged as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription based on your users and modules. We confirm the amounts in writing before you start. Fees are payable in Indian Rupees, and GST is added where it applies. If a payment is overdue, we may pause access after giving you notice.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by telling us by email or WhatsApp. It ends at the close of the billing month you are in, and you are not charged after that.
• Subscription fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
• The setup fee covers work that starts as soon as you confirm. If you cancel before setup work begins, we refund it in full. Once setup has started, it is not refundable.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Your data

The business data you put into Vyapiq belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you and never sell it. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. If you stop using Vyapiq, we export your data to Excel on request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle details shared through this website.

WhatsApp and other services

Some features connect to services run by other companies, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, including WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. You are responsible for having your customers' permission before you message them through Vyapiq.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vyapiq to send spam or unlawful content, to break any law, or to try to access data or systems you are not permitted to. We may suspend an account that does this.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vyapiq running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects paying customers, we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ambala, Haryana.
